This site, known as Riverside Two, was acquired from the Dublin Docklands Development Authority in 2004 by Mark Elliott. Planning permission was granted for the construction of 124 apartments and 8,255 sq.m. of offices.
The apartment development is known as Forbes Quay. All units were sold on completion and the development is one of the most iconic and well known developments in the city.

Designed by KMD Architecture, Forbes Quay consists of Portuguese Granite and Portland stone facades. The development is also unique as it was the first development in the area to feature a communal heating system.
