    The Greenleaf Group is proud to present this select development of 17 four-bedroom detached and semi detached luxury homes in Malahide. As with all our new home developments, these spacious homes will be finished to the highest standard throughout.

  • Boots Pharmacy, Malahide Village, Co. Dublin

    This property comprises a two-story terraced retail premises measuring 5,048 sq. feet (469 sq. meters). Located in the heart of Malahide Village, Co. Dublin. It was constructed and handed over in shell condition to Boots Retail Ireland Ltd in 2015.  The property has now been fully-fitted and is open and trading as a Boots pharmacy.

  • The Times Building, D’Olier Street, Dublin 2

    This development, situated in a prime location in central Dublin on D’Olier Street at the end of O’Connell Bridge, houses a mix of commercial, retail, café/bar and high-end apartments.     Forbes Quay contains 124 apartments. All units were sold on completion and the development is one of the most iconic and well known developments in the city. Designed by KMD Architecture, Forbes Quay consists of Portuguese Granite and Portland stone facades. The development is also unique as it was the first development in the area to feature a communal heating system.

    Riverside II, Sir John Rodgerson's Quay, Dublin 2

Director

Clodagh completed a BSc (Honour’s) degree in Real Estate, Valuation and Property Management from the University of the West of England back in 2003. In her role as Director at Greenleaf, Clodagh is responsible for the project management of all our new developments.

Ray Fallon
Finance Director

Ray is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and has experience working in the Banking and Finance sectors in Ireland and the U.K. Ray is responsible for all the groups finances.
