The scheme was designed by McCauley Daye O’Connell Architects with support from JCA Architects, MMOS Consulting Engineering, McGill Planning, IN2 Engineering and Renaissance Engineering. A Final Grant of planning permissions was received from Cork City Council in November 2020.
When complete this hotel will represent Premier Inn’s first hotel in Ireland, outside of Dublin. Their commitment to the site demonstrates their determination to bring the Premier Inn brand to Ireland.
