This development was phase 3 of the well known Northwood Developmnent at Santry Demense, Dublin 9. It consisted of 319 new apartments in a woodland setting. All apartments were sold off the plans and from a sales suite located within the development. All aspects of the funding, planning, design, construction and sale of the development were successfully managed by our team.
